HIPAA-aware UI patterns are implemented as design guidance only. Production deployment would require proper security audits, BAA agreements, encrypted infrastructure, and clinical validation before use in any healthcare setting.

Break-Glass Access
Disabled in DemoBreak-glass access allows authorized personnel to override role-based restrictions in urgent clinical situations. Every access event is logged with justification, timestamp, and approving supervisor. In production: requires supervisor co-authorization, creates an immutable audit event, and triggers an automated compliance review. This feature is disabled in the demo environment.
